"Boom Technology has unveiled its new supersonic passenger aircraft concept in scaled-down prototype form. The wraps were taken off its Mach 1+ commercial airliner design on 15 November 2016, during a special launch event. Named the XB-1 Supersonic Demonstrator, the type’s intended to usher in a new age of affordable, high speed flight. It’s approximately one-third the size of the Boom Supersonic Airliner that, it’s planned, will ultimately enter service".
